Since 1982, as the Chief Professor and Chief Physician of the Dermatology Department at Qingdao Medical College, Dr. Qu KuiZun conducted clinical observations and tests into the causes of problem skins. Dr. Qu has won numerous awards and recommendations from various bodies.

In 1986, as an leading skincare authority who have had 30 years experience, Dr. Qu was invited to Geneva and awarded the 14th Salon Annual Inventions Award for his formulation of the herbal based 'Demodicidin series'.
